EVALUATION OF STATISTICAL ACTIVITIES OF DISTRIBUTION AND PRICES IN 2024

Thursday (14/04/2024), the Distribution Statistics Team of BPS Banda Aceh City held an Evaluation of Distribution and Services Statistics Activities for the July-October 2024 Period which was opened directly by the Head of BPS Banda Aceh City. Participants in the activity were Field Enumerators (PCL), Field Inspection Officers (PML), and the Processing and Administration Team for the activity. The activity aims to evaluate the implementation of the distribution and price statistics survey and share knowledge about understanding concepts, definitions, methodologies, and field techniques between surveys to the officers involved so that they can improve data quality in the future.

The scope of the activity is in the form of an evaluation of the Quarterly Business Activity Survey (STKU), Transportation Statistics Survey, and Consumer Price Survey. Officers are given a re-understanding of these surveys, as well as evaluating the commodities and quality of commodities that have been and will be enumerated in the Consumer Price Survey (Weekly and Biweekly Periods) so that the resulting inflation data can be more accurate and of higher quality.
