Wednesday, October 9, 2024, BPS employees of Banda Aceh City participated in the BERAPI (Wednesday Morning Briefing) activity which is routinely carried out by BPS Aceh Province.
The theme of BERAPI this time is related to the Results of the Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) of the Central Statistics Agency of Aceh Province in 2024. The activity began with direction from the Head of BPS Aceh Province, Ahmadriswan Nasution. Then continued with the presentation of material by Hendra Gunawan, Middle Expert Statistician of BPS Aceh Province.
The purpose of implementing the 2024 Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) activity is to:
1. Obtain an overview of the Implementation of BerAKHLAK at BPS during 2024.
2. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of BerAKHLAK behavior in BPS Work Units.
3. As one of the indicators for determining the next change management activity program.
The BerAKHLAK Implementation Index at BPS Aceh Province is included in the fairly healthy category with a score of 58.3%. The behavior with the largest index is Competent with a score of 67.1%. This shows that employees at BPS Aceh Province have implemented the values of BerAKHLAK (especially Competent) in their daily work behavior well.
It is hoped that all BPS employees can understand and implement the derivatives of BerAKHLAK values/behaviors and collaborate between generations to make continuous improvements so that they can become daily work behavior as BPS ASN with AKHLAK.
