Abstract

Since the enactment of Regional Autonomy, Regional Governments can utilize the financial potential of their respective regions as part of the realization of the success of national development. However, the availability of funds is needed in the implementation of development, and therefore the main source of district / city revenue is from the General Allocation Fund (DAU). In order for the DAU to be divided into districts / cities to be equitable, proportionate and equitable, a valid, accurate and up-to-date basic data support is needed. Fiscal needs that are budgeted through DAU are calculated based on several components, one of which is the Construction Expense Index (IKK).
